I

The particular of its organization, functions and duties.  

This organization is headed by Additional District Deputy Collector, and he is assisted by the Awal Karkun. The   Additional District Deputy Collector branch is dealt with by one A. K. , 5 clerks,  1 Surveyor and 1 Draftsman their functions and duties are under.

This office is performing duties to increase and create land revenue for state government it is supervising the work done by 5 Additional Tahsildar(Non-Agriculture) Offices in M.S.D. It is a appellate authority on decisions or orders issued by Additionl Tahsildar (N.A.) Offices it is undertaking the such of unauthorised non-agriculture used of the land in Khoti villages under section 45 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code-1966. It is issuing certified copies of created records to citizens.

The powers and duties of its officers and employees.  

The held appeal cases against the decision or orders issued by Additional Tahsildar (N.A.) in M.S.D. to issue the order of penalty in unauthorised non-agricultural use of the land in M.S.D. to held inquiry in police firing under the control of the Collector all office employees of performing the duties relating to administration and under taking all office work of clerical and supervisory cadre.

The Procedure followed in the decision making process in including channels in supervision and accountability is as under ADDC. decision of making process of unauthorized N.A. used is received report throw surveyor of this office or City Survey Offices Show cause Notices are issued in such cases hearing is held and their after giving opportunity to be heard the order is issued of imposing the N.A. assessment and penalty in appeal cases notices for hearing is issued and sufficient opportunities is given is hearing then the final order is issued all the office work is supervised by the Awal Karkun.

The norms set by it for the discharge of its function.  

This office is given the target of recovery of land revenue throw unauthorized N.A. used the land is Rs. 200.00 lakhs in financial years. No norms are prescribed for appeal Matters.

The Addition District Deputy Collector, and his Staff is discharging their function according to instructions from Government in Revenue and Forest Department and under the provision of M.L.R.C. 1966 and rules their under .

This office is holding record of the orders of N.A. assessment in Khoti villages issued up to 1990. From 1991 onwards this office is issuing unauthorised non agriculture used penalty orders in Khoti Villages of M.S.D. this office is holding the record of all decided appeal cases heard by it.
