लोकप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 तसेच मा. भारत निवडणूक आयोग, नवी दिल्ली यांच्या दिनांक 13.09.2021 रोजीच्या निर्देशानुसार कायम स्थलांतरीत आढळून आलेल्या मतदारांची नावे वगळणी बाबतचे आदेश प्रसिध्द करण्यात येत आहेत. सदर आदेश मतदारास मान्य नसल्यास त्याने/तिने आदेश प्रसिध्द झाल्यापासून 15 दिवसात लोकप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 चे कलम 24 अन्वये विहीत कालावधीमध्ये जिल्हा निवडणूक अधिकारी तथा जिल्हाधिकारी, मुंबई उपनगर जिल्हा यांचेकडे त्याचे / तीचे नावाचे वगळणी विरूध्द अपिल दाखल करू शकेल किंवा तो / ती त्याचे /तीचे नाव मतदार यादीमध्ये सामाविष्ट करणेकरीता संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण अथवा निरंतर प्रकयिेदरम्यान कधीही मतदारनोंदणी अधिकारी यांचेकडे नमुना 6 सादर करू शकेल.
